Community Development Team

The Community Development Team at Bissell Centre focuses on creating and strengthening community connections to empower individuals and families to transition from poverty to prosperity. This team oversees community programs, advocates for systemic change, facilitates permanent supportive housing, and offers outreach housing services to ensure that basic needs are met and sustainable livelihoods are developed. Together, they build relationships, foster hope, and develop plans to enhance the well-being and dignity of community members.
