Courtney Cels

Courtney Cels has extensive experience in outreach and management roles, currently serving as an Outreach Housing worker at Bissell Centre since September 2019, specializing in locating, engaging, and housing individuals experiencing homelessness in under-served areas of the city. Prior to this, Courtney managed The Bears Den from 2012 to 2019, overseeing a team of up to 10 employees, ensuring compliance with procedures, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, Courtney was the owner of 1982577 Alberta Ltd. from July 2016 to 2018, focusing on heavy equipment cab cleaning. Courtney holds a diploma from MacEwan University and has also attended CDI College, alongside completing studies at Archbishop Jordan Catholic High School.
