Melissa Charron

Melissa Charron, PMP, currently serves as Program Manager at BISSELL Homecare, Inc. since October 2021. Prior to this role, Melissa held positions including Senior Project Manager at Steelcase and Senior Sustaining Engineer at Eaton. With extensive experience in product development and engineering, Melissa has contributed to various automotive projects, including work as a Design Engineer at Motus Integrated Technologies and Project Engineer at Yanfeng Automotive Interiors. Further engineering experience includes roles at Johnson Controls, Gentex Corporation, and Haworth, focusing on continuous improvement, product design, and project management. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
