Laura Doner, SPHR, HRBP, serves as the Human Resource Manager at BistroMD, LLC since September 2022 and concurrently holds the role of Culture & Engagement Alchemist at LivewareHR since June 2018, focusing on enhancing the work experience in Human Resources. Previously, Laura was the Vice President of Human Resources at Riverchase Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery from January 2016 to April 2022, where efforts were made to enhance organizational growth and team effectiveness. As the Manager of Benefits, Wellness & Retirement Programs at 21st Century Oncology from April 2011 to January 2016, Laura managed HRIS functionalities and facilitated system upgrades. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at Anchor Health Centers from October 2003 to March 2011, contributing to recruitment and onboarding improvements. Educational credentials include a BA in Psychology from the University of South Florida and an AA in Liberal Arts with a focus on Psychology from Edison College.
