Katie Barrowcliff

Katie Barrowcliff has a diverse work experience in HR roles. Katie started their career at Center Parcs as a Human Resources Administrator in April 2012 and eventually became a Human Resources Coordinator in November 2015. Katie worked in this role until January 2018. Afterwards, they joined Ashfield District Council as an Officer in January 2018, staying with the company until July 2021. Currently, they are working at Bistrot Pierre as an HR Business Partner since July 2021 and was promoted to Head of People in July 2023.

Katie Barrowcliff completed their CIPD Level 3 in Human Resources Practice from Vision West Nottinghamshire College in 2014-2015. Katie previously attended The Brunts Academy from 2003-2007, where they obtained A-Levels, and from 2003-2005, where they obtained GCSE's. Additionally, they obtained a Level 3 in Human Resource Practice certification from CIPD in 2015.
