Kimberly Richardson

Kimberly Richardson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in customer success, sales, marcom, and public relations. Kimberly is currently working as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Bit since February 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Customer Success Team Lead at Cymbio from February 2021 to January 2022. From October 2013 to December 2020, they worked as a Developer Success Team Lead at Particular Software, where they were responsible for ensuring a positive experience for developers and coordinating pre-sales processes. Before that, they held the position of Director of Sales at Spotoption Exchange Ltd from January 2011 to June 2013. Kimberly also worked as a Marcom Manager at SafeCharge from June 2008 to December 2010.
