Angular team lead at Bit

Olivier Combe has extensive experience in the field of software engineering, particularly in front-end development.

Olivier'smost recent role is as an Angular team lead at Bit (bit.dev) since April 2021. Prior to that, from February 2017 to April 2021, Olivier worked as a freelance front-end engineer.

Olivier also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at BrieBug from September 2019 to July 2020. Before that, from February 2017 to July 2019, they were a member of the Angular Core Team at Google.

Olivier's earlier experience includes being a panelist at Angular Air from April 2015 to April 2017, and working as a web developer (front-end) at Digital Business Intelligence from February 2015 to February 2017.

Olivier started their career at Kreactive Technologies in November 2011 as a Front End Lead Developer. During their time there, they contributed to various web development projects and collaborated with the back-end teams to ensure the stability of REST APIs.

Olivier also worked at Peaks as a web developer from May 2011 to January 2015, where they provided consulting services for M6 Web and Kreactive. In addition, they trained consultants in AngularJS.

Furthermore, Olivier had speaking engagements at BlendWebMix in October 2014, where they presented a talk on "Angular 2.0: l'avenir du développement web." Olivier was also involved in the Famous-Angular development project at Thomas Street from August 2014 to September 2014.

Olivier Combe's education history begins in 2003 when they enrolled at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1. From 2003 to 2006, they pursued a Licence degree in Informatique, mathématiques, and biologie. The following year, from 2006 to 2007, Olivier pursued an M1 degree in Informatique, mathématiques at the same university. Olivier then went on to achieve a Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, and Genomic from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, which they obtained from 2007 to 2008.

In 2008, Olivier Combe joined IUT A Lyon 1 to pursue a DUT degree in Informatique, completing it in 2009. Lastly, from 2009 to 2010, they continued their studies at IUT A Lyon 1, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences.
