Melanie Oswald

Melanie Oswald is an experienced professional in the fields of IT and e-commerce, currently serving as the Service Desk Manager and IT Helpdesk Manager at Bit by Bit Computer Consulting since January 2017. Previously, Melanie held the position of E-Commerce & IT Director at Temple St. Clair from March 2009 to December 2016, and served as VP of Ecommerce & Community Initiatives at Kidrobot for a brief period in 2008. Additional experience includes roles as VP of E-commerce & Online Strategy at Klinger Partners and Director of E-commerce at dELiA*s, Inc. Melanie holds a Master’s degree in Interactive Telecommunications from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the same institution.
