Sebastiano Pepe

Sebastiano Pepe has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple roles and companies.

Their most recent position was as a Senior Quality Assurance Tester and Business Analyst at bit2win, where they were responsible for planning, designing, and executing tests on various applications and platforms. Sebastiano also managed the documentation and monitoring of anomalies during testing, as well as the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase and post-launch activities. Additionally, Sebastiano was involved in functional analysis for corrective, evolutionary, and new projects, defining project requirements and translating them into solutions aligned with business and product marketing needs. Sebastiano also wrote User Stories and executed tests in this role.

Prior to that, Sebastiano worked as a Software Tester Quality Assurance and Business Analyst at Innovaway, serving the same responsibilities for the client bit2win.

Earlier in their career, Sebastiano had a role as a Business Analyst and Software Tester Quality Assurance at ENEL, where they worked on a project focused on the transformation of the CRM system Siebel 8 to Salesforce. In this role, they ensured the quality of software products through testing in an Agile development team and previously with Waterfall methodology.

Sebastiano also has experience as a Senior Consultant at NETWORK CONTACTS S.R.L., where they provided telephone consultancy for Enel Energia's customers. Their responsibilities included problem-solving, indirect sales of products and services, and validation of supply contracts. Sebastiano also handled complex back-office tasks and resolved customer issues.

Before that, Sebastiano worked as a Geometer at a technical studio.

Sebastiano Pepe attended Itg Gaetano Salvemini from 2002 to 2008, where they obtained a Tecnico Geometra degree. Sebastiano also received the CPQ Essential Training Certification from bit2win in February 2021.
