Santipap Charasphaew

Santipap Charasphaew is the Head of Legal and Compliance at Bitazza. He is responsible for identifying and monitoring legal and compliance issues, managing business-specific compliance, reviewing product and marketing materials, developing policies and procedures, providing training to staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Prior to Bitazza, Santipap held positions at LianLian, Baker McKenzie, Everex Global, and other companies where he provided legal advice, handled regulatory requirements, drafted contracts, and reviewed legal documents. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Chulalongkorn University and has also participated in various internships, programs, and conferences related to law and international relations.
