Bernard Gould

Bernard Gould is a seasoned Talent Development and Lean-Agile Practitioner at Accenture since January 2014, specializing in enterprise-wide capability and career development strategies. Currently, Bernard is a member of the Core Working Advisory Group at Business in the Community Ireland, focusing on sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. Bernard also served as an Industry External Examiner for the Project Management program at Cork Institute of Technology, has experience as a Business Process Consultant and Strategic Projects Advisor across multiple industries, and has held leadership roles, including Group Finance & Operations Management Director at a Nationwide Retail Company. Bernard holds a Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management from University College Cork, along with certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Scaled Agile Framework, and Agile Coaching, among others.
