Brittany Hessman, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management. Currently serving as HR Manager at BITCO Insurance Companies since March 2019, Brittany previously held HR Manager positions at Kinze Manufacturing, Inc. and DuPont, along with a role as Human Resources Generalist at Lee Enterprises where responsibilities included managing HR policies, recruiting, employee relations, and performance management. Brittany began their career as a Medical Records Tech at Trinity Health System. Brittany earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Western Illinois University in 2010.
