Roman Karimov

Roman Karimov is an experienced professional in the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors, currently serving as a Member of The Bitcoin Foundation since June 2018, where efforts focus on raising global awareness of Bitcoin and its technologies. Previously, Roman held the position of Advisory Board Member at IDACB from July 2018 to December 2019, supporting ICO projects with strategic insights. As an advisor for various startups from December 2016 to December 2019, Roman contributed to over 15 ICOs and several STOs, helping these projects raise approximately $100 million. Roman co-founded RICO Consulting in 2006, where responsibilities included defining company strategy and fostering a team-oriented culture until 2016. Roman holds a Master's degree in Electronic Design from South Ural State University, earned between 1997 and 2002.
