Luzius Meisser

Luzius Meisser has a diverse professional background, currently serving as Board Member and Chairman at Bitcoin Suisse AG since December 2017 and as Co-Founder of Aktionariat AG since June 2020. Meisser also founded Meisser Economics in March 2016. Previous roles include Board Member at Bitcoin Association Switzerland until October 2023, Strategic Advisor at Alethena from April 2018 to December 2019, and Partner at Zeeder from May 2012 to April 2014. As the founder and CTO of Wuala from February 2007 to April 2013, Meisser oversaw its integration into LaCie, later acquired by Seagate. Educational qualifications include a forthcoming PhD in Banking and Finance from the University of Zurich and a Master's in Economics from the same institution, alongside a Master's in Computer Science from ETH Zürich.
