Prior to this, Andy founded Craft Talent Group, a boutique Talent Advisory and Search firm, and held a key position at SWING Search & Talent, Inc. as the Head of Consumer & Growth Marketing/Product Recruiting. With a background in executive recruiting at Uber and various other roles in the industry, Andy brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
