Alex Novac

Alex Novac has over two decades of experience in technology and cloud services, currently serving as the Director of the Cloud Services & Infrastructure Unit at Bitdefender since June 2010, where additional roles include Head of Cloud Services and Niche Technology Research Manager. Prior to this, Alex held the position of CTO at VideoPublishing.com from February 2008 to May 2010, and CTO & Founding Partner at Zitec from June 2003 to May 2010, focusing on network infrastructure and server development. Earlier career contributions include a Senior Developer role at UMT, working on financial software development, and a progression from Software Developer to Senior Developer & Team Leader at Bitdefender between 1999 and 2002. Alex earned a Bachelor of Science in Computers, Automation, and Electronics from the University Politehnica of Bucharest in 2002.
