Cristina Zancu has extensive experience in IT management and governance, currently serving as the Head of IT Governance at Bitdefender since February 2017, where leadership encompasses Project Management, Incident Management, Change Management, IT Architecture, and Automation teams. Prior to this role, Cristina was the Head of IT Operations at Bitdefender, overseeing critical IT functions to ensure service delivery aligns with established SLAs. Previous positions include Technical Team Leader at Stefanini, Infrastructure Service Manager at OMV Petrom, and roles in server and Unix management. Cristina began their career as an EAI Developer at McDonald's and has a solid educational foundation with degrees in Computer Science and a Master's in Informatic Security from prestigious institutions in Romania.
