Jose Salazar Barturen

Jose Salazar Barturen is an experienced Project Manager and Engineer with a strong background in telecommunications and network management. Since May 2014, Jose has been working at Bitel Perú in Cusco, overseeing projects related to mobile network expansion and the implementation of 3G and 4G networks. Previous roles include Electromechanical Operator at Obrascón Huarte Laín for the Las Bambas project, Radiofrequency Supervisor at Leadcom, and Field Manager for Nokia Paraguay. Jose has a Master's degree in Strategic Telecommunications Management from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and has pursued further education, including a postgraduate study in Data Network TCP/IP and a certification in CCNA from Universidad Andina del Cusco.
