Mallory Bobzien, MS, RD has over five years of professional experience in the nutrition and healthcare fields. In 2021, they began working as a Managing Dietitian, Marketing and Community Engagement for bitewell. From 2017 to 2021, they served as a Board Member for Fork Friendly, a nonprofit that improves the health of Brazos Valley, TX residents through nutrition education and tips. In this role, they worked with Texas A&M University nutrition students to develop shopping guides to help the public find nutritious food with ease at the grocery store. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Student Laboratory Assistant at Texas A&M University, where they genotyped mice DNA to determine viable subjects for experiments and new parents for breeding. Mallory also performed DNA isolations, PCR, and Gel electrophoresis to identify appropriate genetic makeup. Additionally, they were an Intern at Hospital CIMA in 2017 and a Hostess at Fish Daddys in 2017. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Waitress at Fajita Pete's.

Mallory Bobzien, MS, RD obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences, DPD, Honors from Texas A&M University from 2015 to 2018. Mallory then obtained a Master's degree in Nutrition and Metabolism from Texas Woman's University from 2020 to 2021. In August 2021, they obtained their Registered Dietician (RD) certification from the Commission On Dietetic Registr. Additionally, in April 2017, they obtained their Food Safety Manager Certification (FSMC) from TAP Series.
