Andrea Keen Souza, CRHA PHR has a comprehensive and diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Andrea is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Bitfarms, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Head of Talent & Culture at EQ Care from May 2020 to December 2021. Andrea also worked as a People & Culture professional at TELUS during the same period.

Andrea has gained international experience as the Global Human Resources Director at Dental Wings from December 2019 to April 2020. Andrea also served as the Head of Human Resources for Sterlite Power in Brazil from September 2017 to August 2019.

Andrea began their educational journey in 1996 at Mount Allison University, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Marketing. Following this, they attended McGill University from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management.

In 2012 and 2013, Andrea pursued further education at USP - Universidade de São Paulo, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in international management.
