Katarzyna Pieniądz is a Polish businesswoman who is currently a board member at Bitfold. Katarzyna has also previously worked with COBIN Angels, the Swiss-Polish Blockchain Association, and the Crypto Valley Association. From June 2016 to November 2016, they were a scientific associate at Luzerner Kantonsspital, where they investigated the statistical link between the business cycle and internal hospital HR indicators. Prior to that, they worked as an HR operations administrator and learning & recruitment specialist at Henkel from May 2011 to April 2012. In this role, they supported the learning and training processes for employee development, as well as recruitment processes for internal and external candidates.

Katarzyna Pieniądz has a Master of Arts in Health Sciences from the University of Lucerne, with a major in Health Economics and Health Policy. Katarzyna has also completed annual post-graduate studies in Central Banking and Monetary Policy at the National Bank of Poland/Polish Academy of Sciences, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Communication from the University of Wroclaw, as well as a Master's in Polish Philology from the same school. Katarzyna is certified by the Goethe-Institut e.V. in Goethe-Zertifikat C1, and by Cambridge Assessment English in Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE).
