Joe Koh

Joe Koh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Joe began their career in 2011 as a Construction Laborer at Springbrook Home Improvement. From there, they worked as a Wood Shop Monitor at Syracuse University in 2013. In the same year, they also served as a Server at The Cheesecake Factory.

In 2014, Joe joined Zenefits as a Product Operations Specialist and worked there until 2016. Following that, they worked as a Customer Care Analyst at nurx from March 2017 to November 2017.

Joe then joined Lyft in November 2017 and held two roles during their tenure. Joe first served as an Airport & Venues Specialist until April 2020, after which they transitioned to the role of Product Operations Lead, which they held until March 2021.

Currently, Joe works at BitGo as the Head of Product Operations, joining the company in March 2021.

Joe Koh earned a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Syracuse University, where they studied from 2009 to 2014.
