John Makinde

John Makinde has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. John currently holds the position of Chief Operations Officer at Bitmama since January 2023. In their previous role at Bitmama as the Head of Customer Service from February 2022 to December 2022, they successfully improved customer satisfaction and digital store ratings. John also played a key role in developing and implementing a P2P trading framework in line with global practices.

In 2022, John also served as the Managing Partner & Learning and Development Manager at TecHub Spaces. John designed and implemented a tech-training launchpad and facilitated a tech incubator program for university students.
