Victoria F. has a diverse work experience starting in 2014 as a Futures Analyst Assistant at Bank Of China International Futures Co., Ltd. Victoria then worked as a Budget Analyst Assistant for New York City Councilmember Jumaane D. Williams and later joined T3 Trading Group, LLC as a Proprietary Equity Trader. In 2018, Victoria founded xDemic Inc and served as the Founder and Chief Effort Officer, developing a secure data hub and a mobile wallet app for verified academic achievements. Victoria also participated in the Columbia IBM Blockchain Accelerator program and the Columbia Lab-to-Market Accelerator Network. Victoria's recent roles include positions at BitMart, where they served as a BD Manager, BD Director & Portfolio Manager, and currently holds the position of VP of BD & Accelerator Director. Victoria is also a Portfolio Manager at Cipholio Ventures, focusing on crypto, blockchain, and Web 3 projects. Additionally, Victoria worked as an Advisor for Brinc's ZkAdvancer program and for EX Sports.

Victoria F. completed their Master's degree in Innovation Technology from Harvard University between 2023 and 2024. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Quantitative Business Analysis and Management from Pace University - Lubin School of Business, from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, Victoria obtained several certifications including being an ETHCC Speaker from ETHCC in July 2023, a NFT NYC 2023 Speaker from NFT.NYC in April 2023, a Blockchain Council Member from the Blockchain Council in January 2023, a NFT NYC 2022 Speaker from NFT.NYC in June 2021, a Columbia IBM Blockchain Accelerator from Columbia Technology Ventures in April 2020, and a Series 57 certification from FINRA in December 2015.
