Doris Kayode

Doris Kayode is a compliance officer with over twelve years of experience in the financial industry. Doris is currently the Chief Compliance Officer at BitOasis, a digital asset exchange based in the United Arab Emirates. Prior to their current role, Doris was the Head of Legal, Compliance, MLRO and Risk at Nasdaq Dubai, one of the world's largest stock exchanges. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all compliance-related matters and ensuring that the exchange remained compliant with all applicable regulations.

Before their time at Nasdaq Dubai, Doris worked as an Admissions Executive at Raffles International School. In this role, they were responsible for processing applications and ensuring that all admissions requirements were met. Prior to this, Doris worked as a Compliance Officer at the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), where they were responsible for overseeing all compliance-related matters and supervising the processing of regulatory approvals. During their time at the NSE, Doris was also responsible for managing the Exchange's Tip and Complaints Management Unit, which resolved complaints made by investors against Broker/Dealers.

Doris Kayode has a CISI - DIFC Rules and Regulation certification from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, an ICA - International Diploma in Compliance from the International Compliance Association, and a Masters of Law (LLM) from the University of Lagos.

They work with Srinu Chowan - VP, Marketing & Growth, Mika Thompson - SVP, Finance, and Motaz Nofal - COO. Their manager is Ola Doudin, CEO & Co-Founder.
