Associate People Operations Partner - Hungary

Job description

As an Associate People Operations Partner you will join an experienced and innovative team that takes end to end ownership for all people related process - with the direct goal of becoming one of the best employers of Hungary. You will be reporting to the Chief of Staff and assist our Payroll Manager, catalysing our journey towards operational excellence.

You will have the chance to create, maintain and improve employee experience globally for Bitrise with a focus on operational excellence and payroll. This role includes operational support in administering HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and employee experience, timely and error free payroll.

Main responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for UK and US Bitrise employees regarding payroll related matters

  • Maintain HR policies and processes throughout the employee life cycle, from onboarding to off-boarding, and everything in between

  • Manage our HRIS systems and ensure that it is up to date at all times

  • Participate in creating a welcoming and high performing environment

  • Make sure our employee and payroll processes are compliant and convenient

  • Keep our employees updated with People related matters by answering ad hoc questions and creating a knowledge base,

  • Work with other People Team members to create an excellent employee experience

  • Maintain strong relationships with main stakeholders in your area of responsibility, especially external payroll providers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, preferably in Human Resources is an asset

  • Experience in HR administration, processes and payroll.

  • Hands on experience with UK and US payroll,

  • Have a good overall understanding of labor law, policies, and regulations

  • Good prioritization and organizational skills

  • People first mindset

  • Experience working remotely

  • Experience in a start-up, scale-up environment

  • Experience in having maintained and continually evolved people operations processes

  • Excellent communication skills in English
