Gábor Nádai

Gábor Nádai has a diverse work experience in engineering and management roles. Gábor currently holds the position of Director of Engineering Operations at Bitrise, where they are responsible for overseeing the Engineering Managers and works on scaling the Engineering organization. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager at Bitrise, where they contributed to the success of the company by building high-performing teams and automating everyday tasks for developers.

Before joining Bitrise, Gábor worked as the VP of Engineering at ingatlan.com Zrt., where they managed the overall engineering department and implemented an efficient engineering culture. Gábor also held the roles of Engineering Manager, Lead Software Engineer, and Software Engineer at ingatlan.com Zrt., where they played a significant role in improving the real estate listing portal's performance and functionality.

Apart from their experience in the tech industry, Gábor also co-founded Insolis Solutions, where they managed projects and developed websites and applications. Additionally, they worked as a University Lecturer at Gábor Dániées Egyetem / Dennis Gabor University, teaching programming courses.
