Hagar Erlichman

Hagar Erlichman currently serves as the Head of People at Bits of Gold, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this role, Hagar garnered experience as a Senior Organizational & Management Consultant at Deloitte from April 2018 to August 2021, and worked in Business Development at BDO Ziv Haft Israel between February 2016 and March 2018, focusing on customer portfolio enhancement and marketing strategies within the Finance department. Hagar also has a background in leadership from the Israel Defense Forces, where duties included commanding a basic training course for naval cadets from August 2007 to August 2009. Hagar holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Behavior & Development and a BA in Psychology, Organizational Behavior & Communication Studies, both obtained from Reichman University.
