Holger Hirsch

Holger Hirsch has a strong background in sales, recruiting, and business development. Holger currently holds the position of Director of Operations at bits&birds starting from May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Taledo from April 2021 to April 2023, where they served as the Director of Business Development and later as the Head of Sales. Before that, they had a long tenure at Hays, where they held various positions in sales and recruiting. Holger'sroles included being the Bereichsleiter & Prokurist for Digital Technology & Engineering from April 2020 to March 2021, the Bereichsleiter Sales & Recruiting for Maschinen- und Anlagenbau & Chemische Industrie from January 2016 to March 2020, and the Abteilungsleiter Sales & Recruiting for Construction & Property Deutschland from July 2013 to December 2015. Holger started their career at Hays as a Team Lead Sales & Key Account Manager for Construction & Property from April 2009 to June 2013.

Holger Hirsch completed their Master of Arts degree in Informationswissenschaften/-Studien from Universität des Saarlandes. Holger attended the university from 1998 to 2004.
