Svenja Ruge

Svenja Ruge has worked in various roles since 2011. Svenja began their career as a Praktikantin im Sports Department at Dublin City University in 2011. In 2016, they returned to the same company as a Werkstudentin Administration, Contentmanagement und Kundensupport. In 2017, they took on a Praktikantin in der Personalentwicklung role at Peek & Cloppenburg KG Hamburg, and a Werkstudentin Administration, Contentmanagement und Kundensupport role at GET.ON Institut. In 2018, they worked as a Werkstudentin Personal at Philipp und Keuntje GmbH. In 2020, they moved to FAKTOR 3 AG to take on the same role. In 2021, they became a Student Professional Personalentwicklung at Moysies & Partner IT- und Managementberatung, and a Founder's Associate (Executive Assistant) at bits&birds.

Svenja Ruge completed their Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie at Leuphana University of Lüneburg in 2018. Svenja then went on to pursue a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management / Personalpolitik at the University of Hamburg, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
