Mitesh Prajapati

Mitesh Prajapati has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mitesh started their career at Sapphire Software Solutions in 2011 as an ASP.Net C# developer. After that, they worked at Horus Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from 2011 to 2013 as an ERP/CRM Implementer, where they focused on understanding clients' business processes and collecting their requirements. In 2013, they joined Designmate India Pvt. Ltd. as a CRM Executive, handling queries from international and domestic clients, implementing and configuring products, and preparing technical documents. From 2015 to 2018, Mitesh worked at FutureNet Pvt. Ltd. as a Techno Functional Consultant, where they were responsible for understanding business processes, translating them into ECM solutions, and preparing SRS documents. Currently, they are working at Bitscape as a Software Consultant since April 2018, and then took on the role of Business Analyst in April 2019.

Mitesh Prajapati completed their education in a chronological order. From 2008 to 2011, they attended LJ Institute of Management Studies and obtained a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in the field of Computer Science. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, they studied at Prin. M.C. Shah Commerce College and earned a B.Com degree in the field of Accounting and Finance. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including the Microsoft 365 Business Value Specialist from Microsoft 365 Partner Marketing in May 2019, the Azure SHARK Seller Certification from Consalta in August 2018, and the Nintex Workflow Professional - SharePoint certification from Nintex in August 2018.
