Anupama Gorur

Anupama Gorur has extensive work experience in the field of HR, with a focus on various aspects such as talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. Anupama is currently serving as the VP of People Strategy at BitSight, where they specialize in people operations and total rewards. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of HR Business Partnership, Total Rewards & People Ops at BitSight. Before joining BitSight, Anupama worked at Cengage Learning as a Senior HR Business Partner, providing support for a geographically distributed team of over 400 employees. Anupama was responsible for initiatives such as employee engagement, talent management, and performance management. Anupama's earlier experiences include working at Sasken Technologies Limited as a Senior Manager in HR, Global Immigration and Mobility, where they led the US HR and Talent Acquisition Function, and also served as the Head of HR for Sasken's Mexico Center. Anupama played a critical role in setting up the Mexico Center and implementing various HR systems and processes. Anupama also worked at Component Insights as a Senior HR Business Partner, focusing on executive hiring and employee relations, and at Federal Technologies Ltd. as an HR Manager. Overall, Anupama has demonstrated expertise in various HR functions throughout their career.

Anupama Gorur completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Mysore from 1995 to 1998. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resource & Marketing from the SDM Institute for Management Development from 1998 to 2000. Apart from their formal education, Anupama Gorur also holds additional certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI and as a Strategic Human Resource Business Partner from XLRI Jamshedpur.
