Yoganandh Lakshman

Yoganandh Lakshman is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the technology and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of HR for the Product Technology Organisation in the APAC region at FICO since April 2014, Yoganandh previously held key leadership roles at Texas Instruments, where responsibilities included overseeing Compensation and Benefits as well as Staffing functions in India. Earlier career experiences include managerial positions at Wipro Technologies and EXL Service, in addition to a management trainee role at Ranbaxy. Yoganandh possesses a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from RV College Of Engineering.
