Andrea González Arteaga

Andrea González Arteaga is an experienced Engineering Manager at Bitso since January 2020, where leadership of a product team has involved overseeing mobile, backend, and frontend platforms to enhance user transactions in crypto and fiat assets. Notably, Andrea has successfully expanded the engineering team from 4 to 10 members. Prior roles at Bitso include Chapter Lead, managing Frontend Engineers and ensuring the successful planning and execution of frontend projects, as well as serving as a React Engineer, where the development of scalable web products using React and Typescript was key. Previously, Andrea worked as a UI/UX Designer and FrontEnd Developer at Proyected and as a Graphic Designer for the Consejo Cívico. Andrea holds a B.A. in Animation & Digital Art from Tecnológico de Monterrey, completed in 2019.
