Javeed

Javeed is the CEO of BitSol Technologies, a position they have held since 2015. Prior to that, they were the Director of Engineering at eMumba from 2013 to 2015, and the Founder and CTO of SolutionXtreme Technologies from 2011 to 2013. Javeed began their career as a Software Engineer at Numetrics in 2010.

Javeed is responsible for managing development at BitSol Technologies, as well as technology foresight, team capability and skills management, and process improvement. Javeed is also responsible for product coherence across all platforms, hiring, and inculcating a culture of openness, trust, innovation and speed.

At eMumba, Javeed was responsible for managing development (quality, predictability, speed), technology foresight (cloud, scalability, technology choices, evolution, disruption), team capability/skills management and improvement, and processes (lean and constantly evolving). Javeed was also responsible for product coherence across all platforms (web, mobile, tablet etc.), and hiring (talent hunt, evaluation).

At SolutionXtreme Technologies, Javeed was responsible for providing services in Java web, Flex, and mobile apps (android, iPhone, iPad) development. Javeed was also responsible for active projects such as CMS for Auto Mobiles and Market it, Web Marketing tool.

Javeed has a Master of Science in Computer Science from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad and a BSc in Computer Science, Math, and Stat from COMAND.
