Santana Olguin

Santana Olguin is at the helm of our teams at Bitwise who keep our buildings running smoothly. As the VP of Building Services, Santana oversees the Tenant Improvement, Security, Fleet, Procurement, and Janitorial departments—focused on maintaining facilities, service, and infrastructure at the highest levels. He cites his favorite part of working for Bitwise is how valued he feels–not just as an employee, but as a person first.

A native of Carauthers, CA, Santana began his career at Bitwise as a contracted worker, and then was hired as a member of the Tenant Improvement Staff. Now, he oversees the teams who help provide a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for our tenants and team. Outside of work, Santana can be found spending time with his wife, Jeanine, and their three beautiful children, Isabella, Logan, and Maverick—usually over a plate of his famous home-cooked BBQ!
