Alyssa Choo

Alyssa Choo began their work experience as an Editorial Intern at Tatler Asia Group in 2017. Alyssa then worked as a Legal Intern at Stephenson Harwood LLP in 2018. Later that year, they became a Research Assistant at Barnard College and also served as an Empirical Reasoning Center Fellow until 2019. In 2019, they joined Bank of America as a Global Research Summer Analyst, and in 2020, they became an Equity Research Analyst at the same company. Most recently, Alyssa became a Research Analyst: Crypto Equities Specialist at Bitwise Asset Management in 2022.

Alyssa Choo attended Barnard College from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Their major was Economics, and they also pursued minors in English and History. Concurrently, they also attended Columbia University from 2016 to 2020, earning another Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. At Columbia, their major was also Economics, and they continued minors in English and History.

Prior to their college education, Alyssa Choo completed their high school education from 2012 to 2016 at UWC South East Asia. There, they pursued the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme and Cambridge IGCSEs.
