Clay Marshall

Clay Marshall has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Clay currently holds the position of Director of Web Development at Bixal, where they focus on delivering impactful digital and communications solutions for leading Federal agencies. Prior to this, they served as VP, Digital at U.Group, where they played a key role in digital strategy. Clay also has a strong background in technology leadership, having worked as the Chief Technology Officer at Agency CHIEF and as a Senior Technology Consultant at the same company. Clay has also held leadership positions at TrestleMedia and Rock Creek Creative, where they worked as a Managing Director. Earlier in their career, Clay served as an Assistant Art Director at Washington City Paper.

Clay Marshall earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts/Photography from The George Washington University between 1987 and 1991.
