Jessica Arnold

Jessica Arnold is an experienced professional currently serving as an International Program Associate at Bixal since July 2024. Previously, Jessica worked as a Legislative Assistant at the University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science, and held various roles at Watermark Tours Charters Cruises, including Charter Sales Associate and Operations Assistant, where responsibilities included managing contracts and coordinating private charter events. Jessica has interned with the U.S. Department of State and A'Hern Law Group LLC, focusing on research and legal documentation. Leadership experience includes serving as the Executive Vice President of Pepperdine University Student Government and mentoring freshman residents as a Residential Advisor. Jessica holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies and Spanish from Pepperdine University.
