Patricia Costello

Patricia Costello, PhD, is a seasoned Senior User Experience Researcher at Bixal since March 2022, contributing to the enhancement of data-driven customer experiences for Federal agencies. Additionally, Patricia works as a freelance UX researcher, conducting comprehensive analyses and user interviews across various industries. As a board member of Zero Waste Boise Institute, Patricia plays a key role in strategic direction and community outreach to reduce climate impact. Previous experience includes roles as a UX researcher at Code for America, Program Director and UX researcher at Walden University, and human factors specialist at 3M. Patricia's academic background includes a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Minnesota and a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Northwestern University.
