Andy Ashcroft has extensive experience in the IT sector, primarily with Diligenta, a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services, where positions have included Head of Change, Head of IT Applications Management, IT Delivery Services Manager, and Environment & Implementation Manager from August 2011 to the present. Prior to this, Andy Ashcroft worked at Friends Provident from May 1989 to October 2011 as IT Solutions Analysis & Quality Manager and briefly at Friends Life group as Environment & Implementation Manager from August 2010 to March 2011.
