Marcela Benitez

Marcela Benitez has over 14 years of experience in human resources. Marcela most recently worked as the HR Director Latam at Bizagi, leading the HR strategy for the company. Marcela'sresponsibilities included talent attraction, learning and development, compensation strategies, labor relations, performance management, and leadership processes. Marcela was also responsible for designing and structuring global learning and development plans and succession plans for leadership skills enhancement. Prior to their role at Bizagi, Marcela worked as the HR Manager at RCN television, where they directed the HR strategy, including talent selection, development, and training, compensation, performance management, and leadership processes. Marcela also led the cultural transformation strategy focused on leadership, innovation, and digital transformation. Marcela's previous experience includes working as the HR Senior Business Partner at Citibank Colombia, where they were responsible for designing the HR strategy for the areas they oversaw, including talent and development processes, talent attraction, labor relations, and compensation.

Marcela Benitez earned a degree in Psicologia from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana between 2000 and 2005. Marcela later pursued further education, completing a degree in Especialista en Gerencia Estrategica from Universidad de La Sabana, spanning from 2008 to 2010.
