Nisha Patel

Nisha Patel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Nisha currently works as a Customer Success Director at Bizagi since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at CybelAngel where they held various positions including Sr. Manager Customer Operations, Customer Success Manager, Principal Analyst- Cyber Security, and Pre Sales Engineer from 2019 to 2022. Before CybelAngel, they worked at Accela from 2013 to 2019 as a Sr.Development Consultant, Sr.Project Lead/ Tech. Business Analyst, Sr. Technical Business Analyst, and Senior Consultant. Nisha also worked as an IT Developer at ACT in 2012 and as a Database Analyst (Contractor) at Bank of America in 2011.

Nisha Patel has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas. Nisha also obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance in May 2015.
