Sekhar Gandham

Sekhar Gandham has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of data strategy, analysis, and business intelligence. Sekhar most recently worked at BizAnalytica in the role of Data Strategy & Analysis starting in 2023. Prior to that, they spent a significant amount of time at PayPal, where they held various managerial positions. At PayPal, they served as the Manager of Analytics & BI from 2015 to 2023, where they collaborated with different teams to build a reliable data and analytical framework, produced insights about consumer behavior, and enhanced the uplift score model for product offers. Sekhar also served as the Manager of Business Intelligence (FP&A) from 2017 to 2020, overseeing the introduction of large-scale data solutions and evaluating next-generation BI tools. Before PayPal, they worked at Brillio as an Engagement Manager, leading a strategic plan for JP Morgan Chase and building a robust Business Intelligence platform. Sekhar also gained consulting experience at Perficient, Emerio, and Polaris Financial Technology Limited, where they worked as a Data Engineer and Senior Data Analyst for clients such as Deutsche Bank and Citi Bank. Sekhar has demonstrated expertise in conducting interviews with stakeholders, designing and managing data pipelines, developing impactful solutions using Tableau and QlikView, and leading cross-functional teams. Sekhar has a strong background in agile development, agile methodologies, and talent strategy. Sekhar Gandham holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management Information Systems from Fairleigh Dickinson University, which was obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 2003 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
