Charissa Rog

Charissa Rog is a seasoned professional in partnership management with extensive experience in the finance and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as Partnerships Manager at Bizcap since October 2023, Charissa previously held partnership management roles at LMG from August 2022 to October 2023 and at AFG Australian Finance Group from September 2016 to August 2022, where additional responsibilities included serving as a Relationship Manager. Charissa began the career at Hays as a Resourcer and Office Administrator from February 2015 to September 2016. Charissa holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Monash University and completed foundational education at Presbyterian Ladies' College.
