Matthew Scaife

Matthew Scaife is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in private equity, board governance, and strategic direction. Currently serving as a Partner at Causeway Capital since November 2015, Matthew plays a pivotal role in investing in established Irish and UK companies with growth potential. In addition to this role, Matthew holds several non-executive director positions, including Group GTI, Bizimply, and BB's Coffee and Muffins, among others, contributing to the development of innovative businesses across various sectors. Previous experience includes directing Athrú Whiskey and serving as Chief Financial Officer at Helix Health, where strategic growth efforts were refocused on the UK market. Matthew is a graduate of the University of Oxford with a Master of Arts in Modern History.
