Ramandeep Singh Chadha has a diverse work experience across different industries and roles. Ramandeep Singh is currently the Head HR Manager & Operations Manager at ClayHR, where they develop and implements HR strategies, supports line managers, and ensures compliance with legal requirements. Previously, they worked as the Head HR & Administrative Officer at The Shri Ram Universal School, overseeing HR plans and initiatives. Ramandeep Singh also served as the Chief Administrative Officer at Gulzar Group of Institutes, managing daily administration and supporting the Executive Director. In addition, they worked as the Centre Head and Admin Manager at Ace Healthways Pvt Ltd, where they managed teams, ensured regulatory compliance, and handled patient queries.

Ramandeep Singh Chadha completed their Higher Secondary education at GNPS Ludhiana from 1980 to 1994. Ramandeep Singh then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Punjab University Chandigarh, which they completed from 1994 to 1997.
