Dery Irfianto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and data analytics. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Business Operations at PT Biznet Gio Nusantara since September 2018, Dery oversees human resources, general administration, and business reporting, ensuring data management and compliance with policies. Previously, Dery held several key positions at PT. MNC Kabel Mediacom, including Div Head of Operations Quality & Analytics, where responsibilities included managing dashboards and analytics for subscriber information and operations quality. Dery's earlier roles at PT. Smartfren Telecom, Tbk and PT Mobile-8 Telecom, Tbk focused on customer lifecycle management and revenue assurance. Dery holds a Master's degree in Management from Institut Manajemen Telkom and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from STT Telkom.
