Nanda Ditha Noerfahma

Nanda Ditha Noerfahma is currently working as a Human Capital Manager at Biznet (PT. Supra Primatama Nusantara) since April 2017. Prior to that, Nanda Ditha held a position as a Human Resources Development at PT Avila Prima Intra Makmur for a brief period in 2016. Nanda graduated from Universitas Surabaya (UBAYA) in 2016 with a degree in Psychology, Industrial and Organizational Psychology. In their current role, Nanda manages recruitment processes, handles employee relations matters, oversees HR operations and administration, and supports organization development and GA functions.
