Mika Koike has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Mika started their career at Euro RSCG Partnership Japan as an Account Executive from August 2007 to April 2008. Mika then moved on to Bartle Bogle Hegarty Limited in Tokyo, Japan as an Assistant Account Executive, where they managed advertising for the product AXE from Unilever K.K. Mika played a key role in organizing events and managing TVC productions. In 2008, they joined MRM//McCann as a Corporate Communication Specialist and later became an Account Supervisor. During their time there, they successfully managed and implemented digital marketing and CRM programs for Gap Japan K.K., achieving targeted revenue and making it the most profitable client. Mika also worked on product shoots, social media strategies, and email campaigns. In 2012, Mika took on the role of Program Manager at MRM//McCann, where they worked on lead nurturing programs for the APAC region, particularly at Google Japan's office. Mika led content development based on a central nurturing scheme. Since 2017, Mika has been working at BizReach as part of the BtoB Marketing Group. Their responsibilities include planning and executing the company's 10th-anniversary project, which involved developing an owned media and gaining interview opportunities with executives of top companies to generate sales opportunities.

Mika Koike obtained their Bachelor's degree in English and Communication from Kanda University of International Studies, where they studied from 2002 to 2006.
